Tempco, Inc. started in Flushing, NY back in 1985, and we’ve been keeping homes and businesses comfortable across Long Island and New York City ever since. As a family-owned company, we’ve always believed in treating our customers like neighbors - with reliable service, honest advice, and a personal touch you can count on.

Our story began with Larry Tempesta, who brought his HVAC know-how and a passion for helping people into what would become Tempco. Over the years, we’ve grown along with our community. In 1992, we joined forces with the historic F.J. Schmidt, and in 2002, we welcomed Massaro Brothers Air Conditioning into the family. Each step has helped us expand our services while staying true to our roots: delivering quality work with heart.
